Trigger Asset Management is a fund management company focusing on venture capital. It has a Capital Markets Services license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Its founders are all entrepreneur startup founders who have listed companies in various jurisdictions and have managed projects globally over US$5billion of asset value.

Executive Team
GOH SEH HARN
CEO / DIRECTOR
Mr. Goh has over 20 years of experience in Asset Management across industry sectors. Having an engineering accounting background, Mr Goh is familiar with best practices for execution of financial structures and project structures, including tax planning, fund administration, project procurement and operational risk management. As a chartered surveyor, Mr Goh maintains his professional memberships with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on real assets. Mr Goh was VP of International FM Association Singapore Chapter (now known as SIFMA). He is also a Founding Board Member of the Association of Blockchain Asia (ABA) whose mission is to promote the use of blockchain as a technology across industries and regions.
As an Investor, Mr. Goh promotes technology initiatives having operated businesses across multiple industries. He is an active speaker and moderator at public seminars/webinars on the subject of technology. Mr Goh also supports think tanks in trade policies such as the RCEP, CPTPP and DEPA through international centres relating to government to government to free trade agreements and digital economic partnerships. Mr Goh is passionate about investments that brings about positive social impact which are economically sustainable providing opportunities for the younger generation and the disadvantaged.
BEN FONES
COO / DIRECTOR
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr Fones manages the business together with Mr Goh as the Board of Directors. Mr Fones' investment management experiences are gained throughout his career in fund-raising, angel investing and startup advisory. He had been involved in early-stage start-ups and securing top tier Investors leading to successful initial public offering and sustained growth in share value.
Mr Fones was co-founder of mobile digital marketing firm AFFLE. He was instrumental in creating over US$2b value for the firm that is currently listed on BSE and NSE. He has since resigned from the board to pursue new ventures but still remains as a shareholder.
His diverse management experience across Asia with a broad industry network was built over 15-years of startup experience in business and strategy planning, product management and engineering, sales management and execution.
ANTHONY KOH
TECHNOLOGY &
INNOVATION PARTNER
Mr Koh provides advisory to Technology and Innovation initiatives in the businesses that Trigger is involved with. He brings with him over 20 years of experience in the emerging technology business. As an entrepreneur and venture capital investor, Mr Koh is familiar with the challenges faced by startups and the critical success factors that enable them to scale.
Mr Koh was involved in the internet startup during the dotcom era and he co-founded a regional financial technology company MC Payment which had obtained 4 payments licenses in the region. It was also the second company to receive the Major Payment Institution (MPI) license from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Under his leadership, MC Payment became the first digital payment company to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX).
Mr Koh had multiple achievements during his leadership at MC Payment, notably one of the coveted awards received was for Best Mobile Payment Implementation at the 3rd Annual Smart Awards Asia. Mr Koh was a key speaker in Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Startup conference in Seoul 2012. He is also a founding board member of the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce and the Association of Blockchain Asia (ABA).
MADELINE SAM
CFO
Ms Madeline Sam is a member of the institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and an affiliate of the Association of Chartered Accountants United Kingdom. She has over 20 years of experience in financial management, taxation and corporate acquisition initiatives.
Ms Sam has held C-level positions in retail, travel, legal and digital payments and digital assets industries. She was the Group CFO of a SGX Listed Payment Company. Some of her notable achievements during her stint include obtaining the Singapore Payment Services Act license in 2020 and successfully leading the company to be the first digital payment company listed on SGX in 2021.
In addition, she spearheaded overseas office operations setup and held directorship in subsidiaries of the SGX Listed Payment Company in Hongkong and Thailand. During her tenure, Ms Sam’s ensured that the company is compliant with the regulatory audit, leading the company to obtain required operating licenses, and expanding the company overseas.
SEVENTEEN HU
VENTURE PARTNER
Ms Hu is a 5th generation Entrepreneur. She founded businesses across industries such as gems and precious
metals, healthcare, social media marketing, F&B, education, insure-tech and community experiences clubs.
She is one of the board of directors of the Singapore Zhejiang Entrepreneur Association and a member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce. She has built a reputation as a skilled and knowledgeable investor from a young age, earning the trust and respect of colleagues and clients. She has connected the business and investment aspirations of many cross border ultra high net worth individuals and corporations advising them on professional structures to manage their investments.
Ms Hu has created an ecosystem of investors for Trigger in her broad lifestyle experiences and achievements. She had travelled across 7 continents and over 77 countries. She is a FAA licensed Instrument Pilot, Sailor, Advanced Scuba and Free Diving Diver, Cyclist , Marathon runner, Drummer and Chinese Tea Appraiser.
Based in Singapore, she volunteered her time at the Singapore Armed Forces Volunteer Corps as part of National Service. In the online space, as a Chinese Marketing and Ecosystem Veteran she has more than 500k followers on social media platforms.
DANIEL EVANKOVICH
PORTFOLIO DIRECTOR
Mr Evankovich is a business leader, consultant, entrepreneur and project director with experiences in product development, product launch, and marketing.
With deep understanding of technology that is fast evolving, Mr Evankovich follows closely on web3 related infrastructure, exchanges and projects. He has tracked and invested into technology trends and has successfully exit many deals to build up his personal portfolio of investments.
Started as an area of interest, Mr Evankovich pursued aviation as a FAA pilot and it evolved into expertise in aviation infrastructure maintenance, repair and overhaul. Mr Evankovich owns several hangars around the region as part of his business and personal interest in the aviation sector.
He has been a mentor to various sectors startups and he has supported cross border investment interests for several businesses into Asia.

JOHN WILENSKI
John Wilenski, led the finance functions at Luminar Technologies as a key member of the team to have it listed on Nasdaq which created the world’s youngest billionaire Austin Russell at the age of 28. Luminar Technologies was a startup that now provides lidar autonomous vehicle technology for Tesla, Daimler Mercedes, Volvo and Nissan.
John is a certified CFA, CPA, CMA. He was involved in over US$7b of acquisitions, raised over US$325m and demonstrated over US$250m of process improvements and cost savings. Apart from being instrumental in the listing of Luminar Technolgies on Nasdaq, he was a Chief at Gibson Guitar Corporation and also Global GM for Nissan Motors global finance team. John was also with Thomson Reuters and PWC previously. John has lived and worked in Singapore, Japan, and the USA.
